We are absolutely delighted to introduce the first of the only organic Absolutes in the world. We did sell Jasmine Absolute from India that has been biodynamically farmed but this extraction method has not been certified as organic. The producer of these organic oil in Egypt has developed a new way to extract absolutes without solvents using a method which is qualified as organic to Demeter standard in Egypt. Demeter certification is considered a world-wide gold standard for organic accreditation, respected throughout the world for its high standards of integrity and quality .I believe that biodynamic production methods are the best form of organic cultivation. The term ‘biodynamic’ actually, predates ‘organic’ by several decades. Their products are also certified Halal and Kosher.
