We despatch in-stock items within 1-3 working days* (sooner whenever possible) to UK postcodes. Small items e.g. in-stock 10ml essential oils and 50ml or 100ml vegetable oils will always be sent out quickly. If your order contains larger quantities of a product that requires filling it may delay despatch time. Depending on the size and value of your order, we will either send your parcel using Royal Mail's 1st Class service or our 24-hour courier services (APC Overnight or Parcel Force).

We observe English Bank Holidays therefore orders may take longer to be despatched. You will receive an e-mail from us with your invoice, the day we despatch your order. Whilst we use either Royal Mail 1st Class service or a 24-hour courier service, please always allow 2 working days for delivery to your address after DESPATCH (you will receive an e-mail when we despatch your order). Courier parcels despatched on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Unfortunately we have no control over how long your parcel will take to arrive once it has left us.

If you think your parcel is taking too long to arrive, please allow 5 working days for First Class Royal Mail and two working days for 24-hour courier (APC Overnight or Parcel Force) before contacting us.

We aim to send out a replacement if your parcel has not arrived within seven days, but expect you to have gone through the usual checking procedures first: checking with neighbours, the local sorting office, your local post office, etc.

Please remember the Express, 24 and 48 hour services refers to delivery times after your parcel has been despatched from us, not the amount of time it will take for you to receive your order from the point of placing the order.

Free Postage and Packaging for all UK mainland orders over £75.00 (excluding VAT). All orders that qualify and utilise free shipping will be posted via a 48-hour service.

If the value of your order is under £75 (excluding VAT) then P&P costs are calculated by the weight of the order as per the prices above. Please note that even though courses and products can be bought and paid for in a single transaction, course fees do not count towards free postage; only products that are to be sent in the post or courier service count towards the free postage.

For International Couriers - please contact us to obtain your tracking number. If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us in the first instance to enable us to assist with tracking your parcel. We can then send out a replacement if necessary.

Postage and Packaging costs - Europe and Rest of the WorldP&P costs are calculated based upon your shipping zone and the weight of your order.

If you want to know the exact P&P charge that will be made, you can either contact us by telephone or e-mail or go part-way through the checkout process on the website until you see the P&P charges. At that point you can make up your mind whether to complete the order.

Due to certain laws and regulations from the transportation authorities, some of the products we sell are classified as dangerous goods. These products include some of our essential oils, aromas, perfume concentrates and zinc oxide. For more information regarding as to why they are classified this way, please speak with our customer service team about requesting the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each individual product.

In the case of Essential Oils its usually because the flash point of the oil is under 60°C and therefore classified as a Dangerous Good according to the UN.

Because of the laws and regulations being imposed when shipping, these products fall under strict rules regarding how they must be packaged and transported. This not only affects Aromantic, but any supplier that ships these types of materials. Due to these strict regulations that are imposed on packaging, especially for international orders, our international customers that have orders going via courier are going to be affected. For some orders, an extra surcharge will need to be paid. The reason for this is that extra documents and handling fees are incurred for shipping a parcel that contains what regulations consider to be dangerous goods. Any order that contains Essential Oils, Perfume Concentrates and/or Zinc Oxide, that are classified as dangerous goods, will incur this extra surcharge, which currently ranges between £4-£69 plus VAT where applicable. We do our best to decant when possible to help keep the surcharges to a minimum but we have a limit to what we can do. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions.

When placing an order on our site the system will automatically apply any relevant surcharges as part of your shipping price. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to split the costs out and it is all calculated into the total shipping price displayed to you when you go through the checkout.
