Aromantic Ltd is a natural skin care specialist who supplies cosmetic products only. None of the products we sell are suitable for digestion and are sold solely for cosmetic use. We cannot take responsibility for products bought from us which are used in any other way, please see liability and disclaimer section below. If products have been bought in error, they will be subject to our usual returns procedure, please see returns and damaged good policy and procedure below.
We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock unless otherwise stated. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled within our usual despatch time you will be contacted. It may (but very seldom does) happen that a product is discontinued after you have ordered it, in this case, you will be given a full refund.
Payment can be made by Gift Voucher, PayPal and also by any major credit or debit card, except for American Express. Cheques should be made out to "Aromantic Ltd".
We endeavour to ensure accurate pricing in both our catalogue and on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice and our website has the most up-to-date prices. Prices are quoted in UK Sterling (£) both with and without VAT.
Whilst we do not impose minimum order quantities, ordering items in bulk can result in substantial savings. Should you require a bulk order quote, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will happily provide you with a quote and availability. For bulk orders, any price commitment is made on the placement of your order.
Prices including VAT are available to view on each product page. A summary of the total VAT charge is calculated and available to view during the checkout process. Please note that there is VAT charged on shipping to the UK and EU* as we are obliged to do so.

VAT will be added to your order unless you provide us with a valid VAT identification number that is valid for import/export in the country you live in. If you do not provide us with a valid VAT number, then we are obliged by HM Revenue & Customs to charge VAT on your order.

It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors that we have made in connection with an order.
Please carefully check your goods and report any shortages, damages, or problems within 7 days of receiving your order. All requests should be sent to us in the first instance using returns@aromantic.co.uk
Please note that opened products cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty after testing.
We operate in accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015 which says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:
Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty you can get a refund.
Up to six months: if your goods can't be repaired or replaced then you're entitled to refund in most cases.
Up to five years: if the goods do not last a reasonable amount of time then you may be entitled to some money back.
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND DELIVERY NOTES MARKED AS GOODS RECEIVED AS DAMAGED.
In the case of damage please return the product to the following address Aromantic Ltd, 15 Greshop Road, Greshop Industrial Estate, Forres, Moray, IV36 2GU (United Kingdom). We will either: refund you the postage costs, give you credit towards your next order or arrange our courier to pick up the damaged goods (for heavy parcels).
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) but any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused. If they are unopened and unused or you cancel your order before we send out your parcel, we will be happy to refund your full payment, excluding return postage costs (if applicable). This is in addition to your statutory rights. If there are any claims, errors, or discrepancies, these must be reported as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receipt of your order.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at orders@aromantic.co.uk. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 7 days after despatch (UK and EU countries) or 15 days from the date of despatch (non-EU and International) before contacting us.
Items missing in your parcel: If any item is short delivered and has been charged for, Aromantic Ltd will cover the cost of freight in resending the goods as soon as is possible.
If your parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own, we may charge you a redelivery cost. Please ensure that you give us correct delivery information when ordering.
Product liability:
The stability and nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients or not as specified in our recipes.
The information on this website and in our publications is as comprehensive and current as we can make it and is provided in good faith but it is intended as a guide to the appropriate handling of the raw materials. While we have obviously done our utmost to provide current and accurate information, there may be errors. We cannot be responsible for any actions or loss arising from any errors/omissions we have made or on the reliance/misuse of this information. It is the responsibility of our customers to request and ensure that they have up to date material data safety sheets for the products that they buy from us and to ensure that they are aware of safety hazard information. If customers are going to produce large batches of labels for their products they are selling on based on the information we give them we cannot guarantee that the INCI names or other information on the label will remain the same as it depends on what is available on the market and suppliers can alter the ingredients listings slightly whilst still providing a product of similar quality.
Base and Ready Made Products disclaimer: As the availability of ingredients and raw materials is not always certain due to market conditions or otherwise, Aromantic Ltd reserves the right to substitute alternate ingredients/raw materials in the manufacture of its Ready Made and Base products in order to maintain supply to its customers. Customers should always refer to the ingredients label affixed to each product at the time of supply of the product request information if necessary but whilst we strive to keep label information accurate.
