Soothing, Calming, Lubricating, Anti-Itching

Best known for treating itchy skin but it is good for all skin problems

Add to all products that relieve or treat itchy skin conditions.
In addition a cream, lotion or gel could be made using chickweed infusion instead of boiling water in the recipe.

Add up to 5% chickweed oil to a cooling gel for an itchy body

Chickweed is a popular addition to herbal anti-itching creams, lotions and gels produced by herbalists

It is also excellent for massage oil blends as it is a soft, smooth and long oil because of the base oil used (in Aromantic’s case, cold pressed high oleic-content sunflower oil). It’s a massage oil that offers excellent lubrication
Hair Care
Chickweed oil would be very good to use in hair packs, for itchy scalp conditions together with chickweed herb infusion, marshmallow oil and comfrey and chamomile products.
You can also add aloe vera and sea-silk to that.
