All of these Organic Glycerol Extracts are extracted by a proprietary process. This unique extraction process is qualified by the Soil Association and it results in a sparkling, clear extract which is not as sticky as purely glycerine. They are sterilised by filtration so no preservative is necessary to keep the extracts (but obviously add preservatives as appropriate to the products you are making it if using it in recipes).

KOLBJORN WINS PRESTIGIOUS U.K. AWARD!

AROMANTIC AWARDED ORGANIC CERTIFICATION!

Who are Organic Farmers & Growers Ltd?

Organic Farmers & Growers Ltd (OF&G) is one of a number of control bodies accredited by Defra and is approved to inspect organic production and processing in the UK.

OF&G has its national headquarters in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and operates across Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as well as the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

As a leader in organic certification for well over a decade, Organic Farmers & Growers has turned its expertise in organic inspection and licensing to this sector and has developed its Cosmetic and Bodycare Standard.

This standard is based on the EU Organic Regulation (EC2092/91) and the Nordic Ecolabelling Standards.

What Aromantic's organic status means to you

You can be confident that the organic raw materials you purchase from Aromantic are indeed organic. It is unfortunate that many raw materials used in the cosmetic and beauty industry are marketed as organic when in fact they are not. More and more consumers are demanding beauty products which are free from harmful chemicals and that have not been genetically modified and Aromantic fully supports this. Aromantic is committed to purchasing organic raw materials wherever possible.

Under EU rules you can call your health and beauty products organic if the product contains organic ingredients. This does not mean that your products are "certified" as organic because your company has to go through the certification process because this process is also about your production methods, packing, distribution, etc and not just about the ingredients.

If your company decides to go through the process of certification, then the main advantage of Aromantic being certified organic is that you can be absolutely sure that you are getting truly organic products and if you go for certification yourself, then you will have Aromantic's organic certificate to prove that the ingredients you are using are really organic.

Another advantage to you is that you will be now using certified organic ingredients and can show Aromantic's certificate to prove it.

NEW SECURE PAYMENT OPTION

After completing your order you will be directed to the secure WorldPay payment page where your card transaction is processed. You will then receive a payment notification email from WorldPay as well as a separate order invoice sent from Aromantic. Through WorldPay we accept the following card types - MasterCard (Debit and Credit card), VISA (Credit, Debit and Electron), Maestro, JCB and Solo and we’ll soon accept American Express.

If you wish to adjust your order or claim a refund, in part or in full, we are able to charge-back your payment.

Customers wishing to add to orders already placed

Up until now we have always been able to add to orders after they’ve been placed as we didn’t charge your credit/debit card until a few days after you had placed the order. Now that your debit/credit card is charged instantly, whether placing your order on the website or by telephone, if you want to change your order, this means that we will be charged by WorldPay for cancelling payment. So we ask that you consider your orders a bit more carefully and if you have to amend your order, please call us on +44 (0)1309 696900 during office hours (9am-5pm GMT+1) because that way we can take the ‘new’ order from you, but manually remove the postage & packaging charges from the new order (which consists of the extra items you want to order), that would automatically appear and then be charged to you on our website. Obviously, we cannot waive the postage & packaging charges if you phone us after we’ve packed your original order so make sure you call us no later than 3 days after you placed the order you want to add items to.

eBooks

The great news about WorldPay is that we now offer all of our online customers instant access to our exciting range of eBooks. As soon as your WorldPay, PayPal or Gift Voucher payment is authorized you will receive an email (usually within 2 minutes) with instructions on how to download your eBooks in PDF format.

Telephone Orders

Orders taken via telephone also use our WorldPay payment facility. We take your order, agree on the final total, including any postage and VAT charges, and then enter your credit/debit card details directly into our secure WorldPay virtual terminal. Your credit card details are not stored anywhere in our system. You can place a telephone order by calling us on +44 (0)1309 696900 or by faxing us on +44 (0)1309 696911.
