What is it?

A very stimulating oil so often best used during the day rather than late at night. This is the best of the rosemary types for working with respiratory problems especially if they stem from emotional or nervous causes.

Skin Care

Very good to help clear oedema and cellulite so use in body lotions, gels and body wraps. It is a circulatory stimulant so ideal to use in massage lotions and oil blends. Reduces oily skin and helps with acne so use in creams, lotions, gels and masques for problem skin.

Hair Care

Helps to clear dandruff and improve an oily scalp. Traditionally said to encourage hair growth use it with bio-energiser.

Suggested Blends

With frankincense to slow down and deepen the breathing. With grapefruit, cypress and green mandarin for cellulite. With fragonia to resolve emotional breathing problems.

Caution

Irritant in excess. Do not use during pregnancy, with high blood pressure or with epileptics.
