Here we have 3 different variations of a Swedish massage oil blend.
 
Sunflower Oil Blend
Stage 1: (room temperature)
70% Sunflower Oil
20% Olive Oil
9% Apricot Kernel Oil
0.5% Vitamin E
0.5% Essential Oils of your choice
100% Total
 
Method:
  • Combine all the ingredients and stir well, then bottle and label.
Sweet Almond Swedish Massage Oil

Suitable for all skin types except oily or large-pored skin.

Stage 1: (room temperature)

60% Sweet Almond Oil
13% Coconut Butter (melt before adding to blend)
10% Olive Oil
10% Thistle Oil
5% Castor Oil
1.5% Vitamin E
0.5% Essential Oils

100% Total

Method:
  • Heat the Coconut Butter until melted and remove from the heat. Combine all the ingredients and stir well, then bottle and label.
Sweet Almond Swedish Massage Oil for dry skin
Stage 1: (room temperature)
80% Sweet Almond
9% Jojoba Oil
5% Thistle Oil
5% Vitamin E
0.25% Rosemary Antioxidant
0.75% Essential Oils of your choice
100% Total

  • Combine all the ingredients and stir well, then bottle and label.
