Method:
Sprinkle the Xanthan Gum over the Rose Water and beat, or stick blend, briefly until smooth. Dissolve and blend all the Stage 2 ingredients and the stir into the Stage 1 gel. Add the Stage 3 ingredients and combine thoroughly. Jar and label.
