Description
Durable, transparent 120ml PP (Polypropylene) plastic tub with a tamper-evident lid.
 
Superior quality for crack resistance and resilience in cold temperatures.
 
As this tub is transparent it is ideal if you want to show off the colour of your product, e.g. coloured bath salts, exfoliants with coloured exfoliating grains, different coloured face masks and dry face mask powder blends, etc.
 
Perfect also for body butters and muds as well as storing dry individual and pre-blended powders, pigments and colours used in make-up products.

Products that the container is ideal for

As this tub is transparent it is ideal if you want to show off the colour of your product.
 
Products that are not appropriate for the container
Very liquid products.
 
Tips on how to fill this container?
When filling quite viscous/thick products that have required heating e.g. cream, you will experience that it is difficult to fill into a jar if the product has been cooled down to room temperature.
 
If it is at room temperature you will most likely need to spoon it into the tub - the problem with that is that the products will not look smooth on the top.
 
To avoid this, fill your jars when the product is cooling down (approx. between 40 - 30 degrees Celsius.
 
If that is not possible you can reheat the product until it becomes pourable.
 
If the product is pourable it best filled with a spouted beaker or jug.

Make sure that you don't overfill your tubs.

If you do, then, when pressing down the lid the product spill out from under the lid.
 
If that happens you have to wipe it off immediately with a paper towel.
 
Be sure that you've filled the tub correctly because once you've closed the tamper-evident lid you have to break open the seal in order to open it - the whole point being that the customer should be the first person to break the seal on the tamper-proof lid!
 
Storage and Handling
Aromantic's plastic bottles, jars and tubs are supplied to us in durable, airtight plastic packaging inside sturdy sterile carton boxes.
 
Our staff then repack the containers if necessary, into the different quantities that we sell, packing them into sealed plastic bags.
 
It shouldn't therefore be necessary to sterilise the plastic containers you buy from Aromantic.
 
However, due to plastic's propensity to attracting dust, you may find some dust in the tubs.Just blow it out with a hairdryer.
 
Using preservatives correctly in your products along with usual hygiene standards will make sure that your products are packaged well, without prematurely growing fungus and bacteria.

Fantastic for spiderlings

I bought these pots as they are the perfect size to re house my small baby tarantulas. The tubs are strong and durable so do not compress when putting the lids on as some other tubs I've tried do. After drilling some airholes both my Mexican red leg and Mexican fire leg quickly set to work burrowing down in the substrate. I like how they do not pop when you take the lids off which can scare the spiderling and put them off their food. Fast delivery and would happily buy from again.
