- Can I ingest the organic spearmint and peppermint essential oils
- Peppermint and Spearmint essential oils are used in food products. However, we supply products for cosmetic use only and that does not include internal use. Therefore, we cannot recommend it at all. The Aromatherapy organisations in the UK also all advise against taking essential oils internally.
