What is it?

Organic Leaves from Egypt. It can often restore a loss of smell and is used holistically to unblock creativity whilst grounding people who need it. It helps with depression and nervous tension. It stimulates and cleanses the sinuses. Useful to help with haemorrhoids, menopausal symptoms, PMS as well as prostate problems for men.

Skin Care

It is superb for oxygenating facial skin especially where there are broken capillaries and veins. it balances the production of sebum in the skin, while keeping it supple and helping with the healing of wounds. Superb to clear congested skin, dermatitis and eczema. Works particularly well on oily and mature skin. It promotes the circulation and is a good lymphatic cleanser so helps with oedema and cellulite and can be used in creams, gels and body wraps.

Hair Care

Combines beautifully with lavender and rosemary for a herbal shampoo and conditioner. Good as an insect repellent and against head lice.

Suggested Blends

With Melissa for hayfever and with calendula vegetable oil as an astringent. With lavender and rosemary for herbal shampoos and body washes.

Caution

Using too large amounts can cause localised dermatitis. As it can balance the hormonal system, possibly best to avoid during pregnancy. Use in small amounts as too much can smell “catty”.
