Used for hair care, hair dressings, body butters, soap & sun care products. It adds body when melted into massage oils - can also be used in kitchen.

Cocos nucifera
Softer than the non-Organic and not as white. Cold pressed.

Is extracted from Coconuts grown on Palm Trees which grow to a height of 20-25 metres in Asia.

Skin Care: Used for Hair Care, Hair Dressings, Body Butter, Soap and Sun Care products. It adds body when melted into Massage Oils.

It has a characteristic slightly sweet taste and smell and has a 2-year shelf life. The Coconut Butter is of food quality, is solid and melts at 25-28°C.

Cooking: This has a neutral flavour with a buttery texture. It is a good substitute for butter in most baking recipes such as cookies and cakes and is a good vegan alternative. You can also use it for pan frying instead of butter. In the Philippines and Fiji it is the primary cooking oil.

Also good for frying pancakes and to sauteeing foods such as potatoes. For a rich butter which can be used on toast, melt 10% Cocoa Butter and then add 90% melted Coconut Butter. Allow to cool before use.

Also use Coconut Butter in a blender to make smoothies which is an excellent fuel and energy drink, especially in the morning
