Skin Care

Avocado Oil is a mild, nourishing, semi-fatty oil, rich in vitamins. It is used when the skin is dry, tired and lacks lustre, as the oil gives shine and lustre to any skin. Because of its high level of palmitoleic acid (10%), which decreases in aging skin, it’s a very good oil for mature skin. The oil spreads well and is excellent in massage oils for mature, dry and/or black skin. Because of its high content of vitamin D, it’s the best oil to use for people with black or dark skin, which produces less vitamin D in restricted sunlight, so they naturally need more of this sunshine vitamin.

In the kitchen

Has a light and unique flavour. Therefore it is very good for salad dressings and for use as a condiment.

Black and dark skin types

As it is a very good oil for black or dark skin types, combine avocado oil with avocado butter in the following products made for these skin types: massage oils, body oils, lip balms and body butters.

For mature skin type products

Blend avocado oil with macadamia nut oil, which has approximately 20% palmitoleic acid and is also excellent for mature skin.

To give shine and lustre to the skin

Blend avocado oil with the drier camelina oil, up to 10% castor oil and also 1% bisabolol.

10ml Rosehip Oil
5ml Evening Primrose Oil
4ml St. John’s Wort Oil
15ml/g Vitamin E Oil (undiluted)
1ml/g Sea Buckthorn CO2 Extract
10 drops Rosemary Antioxidant (CO2 Extract)
10-12 drops Essential Oils
