Excellent for mature skin, problem skin and massage oil blends.

Hot maceration of organic Comfrey leaves in cold pressed, Organic Sunflower Oil with 0.1% Rosemary Antioxidant

Helianthus annuus Hybrid Oil; Symphytum officinale Leaf Extract; Rosmarinus officinalis Leaf Extract
The combination of comfrey and sunflower gives a macerated oil that is soft and smooth, promoting supple skin.
Skin Care
This is a macerated oil and the deep green colour is due to the allantoin content of the comfrey. The high oleic content of the sunflower oil mkes it quite stable. Sunflower oil has similar  properties as sweet almond oil making it very good for long massage strokes used in whole body massage. It is therefore good for enhancing whole body massage oils and generally any products that need good lubrication properties.

Comfrey oil also contains allantoin, tannins, glycosides and is an excellent source of B12

Excellent in sports creams and lotions

We only use comfrey leaf as comfrey root is not appropriate. It is not recommended to use any comfrey products on babies and young children. Avoid during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

Avoid comfrey products if you have a current or historical product with your liver.
