Excellent to use in an oil only serum to not only improve acne prone skin, but also to inhibit and deter further breakouts.
Add to creams and lotions for a reduction of seborrheic activity in the skin.
Excellent in skin conditioning gels.
Excellent hair packs for dry hair, oily hair and dandruff.
Use at 1.5% for all products.
Oil soluble so cannot be used in water based products unless it is solubilised.
Use in combination with vegetable oils that are beneficial for acne prone skin such as Rosehip, Kiwi Seed and Hazelnut Oils. Also include other Actives such as Sea Buckthorn CO2 Extract, Vitamin A and Vitamin E.
Combine with Lavender and Chamomile flower waters in light lotions.
Use in oil serums along with CO2 extracts of Calendula, Chamomile and Sea Buckthorn.
Anti Acne Facial Oil Blend
Stage 1: (room temperature)
30% Kiwi Seed Oil
25% Rosehip Oil
20% Jojoba Oil
11% Evening Primrose Oil
10% Vitamin E
1.5% Anti-Acne Active Formula
1% Chamomile CO2 Extract
0.5% Vitamin A Palmitate
0.5% Rosemary Antioxidant
0.5% Fragonia Essential Oil
Combine the ingredients together, bottle and label. Can be used neat on the skin.
Light Anti Acne Facial Lotion
Stage 1: (above 75°C)
80% Boiled Spring Water
2% EmulsiGel Eco
Stage 2: (above 60°C)
5% Watermelon Seed Oil
5% Calendula Oil
Stage 3: (below 40°C)
2% Vitamin E
1.5% Anti Active Active Formula
1% Preservative 12
0.25% Geranium Essential Oil
0.25% Manuka Essential Oil
Mix the EmulsiGel Eco with the Glycerine and then add to the hot water. Stick blend until thickened.
Add the stage 2 oils to stage 1 and stick blend briefly to combine.
Cool down in a pan of cold water whilst stirring with a spatula - not the stick blender.
Add stage 3 ingredients and stir again. Jar and label.
