United KingdomVery disappointing. This is not the pure essential oil I thought I was buying. It is heavily scented with artificial perfume that sadly smells nothing like frangipani.
Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you did not like the fragrance of our Frangipani Absolute. The INCI is listed as "parfum" clearly on the website, and it is referred to as a fragrance. Nowhere does this claim to be a pure essential oil, and the description says it has no therapeutic skin benefits and is for fragrance only. Whether you like the fragrance is subjective. No-one else who has bought has said anything bad about it. Having sat under a frangipani tree in Thailand, my experience is that it was just the same as the real smell of the flower.

United StatesAs seen on the picture the species of flower depicted is the plumeria (or frangipani). However, this is not the real scent of the frangipani. I live on a tropical island and am well familiar with the citrusy, flowery notes of my favorite tropical flower. Not sure why, but all sources out there sell this type of strong perfume like oil. If you are looking for a real scent, this is going to disappoint you. I don't like giving negative feedback, but in this case, I feel that I have to help with my honest opinion. So sorry, Aromantic! But I have no other choice. Hopefully, you will question your supplier on the validity of their claim.

United KingdomIm a huge fan of frangipani oil ever since travelling around the South Pacific where this flower grows in abundance. The smell takes me right back to arriving in Rarotonga airport, it’s such an intense fragrance that I never get bored of. I use it in aromatherapy treatments, blended with Ylang Ylang, rose or geranium and it’s always a hit with my clients. When I’m not using it in treatments I wear it being my ears as it’s such a beautiful aroma!
