A sweet and peppery aniseed fragrance with earthy undertones.

A clear, volatile oil from the steam distillation of crushed Fennel seeds.

Skin Care

A very good diuretic, so it is beneficial to include in wraps for body sculpting along with Remodelling Intense.

 

Add to a gel for cellulite scrubs.

 

Helps to clear dull and oily complexions as well as brighten mature skin.

 

It is a good antiseptic, so include it in products for acne prone skin and other skin infections.

 

As an antispasmodic, it will relax the muscles in massage blends and wraps.

 

Hair Care

No direct hair care usage at all but if used for fragrancing a shampoo, use sparingly as it can dominate a blend.

 

Other

A very small amount can be diffused in the air to encourage the appetite. This can be useful in places such as an hospice.
