It is a custom made blend of Menthol Crystals, Camphor, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Lavender essential oils.
Menthol Crystals are colourless to white crystals which dissolve easily with essential oils. They are very cooling and refreshing with a numbing quality that can offer a degree of pain relief when applied to the skin.
Camphor is a great anti inflammatory and muscle relaxant.
Eucalyptus Radiata is the most popular of all the Eucalypts because it is a very good analgesic and also helps to reduce inflammation.
Mentha Piperita is a very cooling and soothing essential oil often used in after sun oils to cool down an overheated skin. It will do the same for aching and tired muscles.
Lavender Essential Oil is calming and relaxing to sore muscles and as a synergist, makes all the other oils in this blend even more effective.
Menthol, Cinnamomum camphora Bark Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata Flower/Leaf/Stem Oil, Mentha piperita Leaf Oil, Lavandula angustifolia Oil

Use diluted in a vegetable oil to use on sore and aching muscles. It can also be included in a cream or balm to be massaged into specific areas.
A small amount can be invigorating and stimulating in a massage or after workout gel or lotion.
We recommend that you check the individual essential oils separately to see if the blend is suitable and safe for you.
If using in a shampoo, use in very small amounts as it could irritate sensitive scalps. It will be very fresh and stimulating to the scalp.
Use 1% to 100% in a diffuser.
Oil soluble so cannot be used in water only products. It can be used in small amounts in a carrier oil in water based gels that will hold it in suspension.
Not heat stable so must be used in Stage 3 (cool down stage) when making creams and lotions.
This is already a blend so we do not recommend adding other essential oils to it.
Do not use in pregnancy or on sensitive skin. Do not use on children. Use in small amounts and avoid on the face altogether. It is important not to abuse this oil blend.
We recommend that you check the individual essential oils separately to see if the blend is suitable for you or has contraindications for use.
Warning: Essential oils can be toxic to some animals (especially important if you are using a room diffuser where there are animals in the room). Consult a veterinary surgeon if concerned.
