It is a custom made blend of essential oils of Cedarwood Atlas, Rosewood, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Benzoin and Ylang Ylang essential oils.
If you have a diffuser (either electric or candle) add a few drops of your chosen blend to the water bowl. Make sure the cable is out of the reach of children or pets.
If you don’t have a diffuser, you can use a cotton wool ball or a piece of kitchen roll and damp it under the tap. Add a few drops of Meditation Oil Blend and pop it on one of the radiators. Don’t be too heavy handed as it is very strong. You can do this in several rooms of the house so that there is a gentle change of atmosphere between the hallway and the living room, for example.

Use 1% to 100% in a diffuser.
Oil soluble so cannot be used in water only products. It can be used in small amounts in a carrier oil in water based gels that will hold it in suspension.
Not heat stable so must be used in Stage 3 (cool down stage) when making creams and lotions.
Need to recentre during the busy working week? Find a quiet spot to sit and give yourself permission to simply be. Add a few drops of Meditation Oil Blend to your diffuser or oil burner, close your eyes and relax.
This is already a blend so we do not recommend adding other essential oils to it.
