Minimum Shelf life:
At the top of the thermometer it has a plastic handle which makes it easy to hold with your fingers. It comes protected in a practical plastic case which it can be kept in when it is not being used. Very handy for using in cooking as well as cosmetic making.
Short 215mm. A very handy thermometer as due to it's shortness it is less breakable!
Classic 300mm. Longer and easier to use in deeper situations where more product is being made. Also has less of a chance of falling in if left sitting on the side.

United KingdomI was so impressed with the packaging, speed of delivery and of course the fabulous products. I had a problem with the size of the thermometers but they were replaced at no charge, no fuss. LOVE this company and will endeavour to use them again soon
