Thank you for your enquiry.

Unfortunately we don’t have a lead time for the Cucumber Glycerol Extract.
If you select the ‘Notify me when available’ tab on the product page, you will receive an email
when it’s back in stock.

Please see the below response from our Research and Development Team;

“If a toner has essential oils added they need to be solubilised with Emulsifan in order to combine with the water soluble ingredients that make up a toner. Please refer to the website listing for Emulsifan for all the information you need. Some essential oils need more Emulsifan to solubilise fully and take longer to go through the process.

As Preservative 12 is partly oil soluble and partly water soluble it also needs to be solubilised with Emulsifan. This can be added to the essential oils that are being solubilised.

Some of the components of Preservative Eco are rendered useless if combined with Emulsifan therefore it is not suitable for use in toners where that solubiliser is included."

Hi there – I’ve got two questions:
1. When are you expecting the Cucumber Glycerol Extract to be back in stock?
2. In your recipes for Toners I see that you tend to use Preservative 12. Is this what you recommend (over Eco Plus for eg) and if so how do you dissolve the Preservative as you say it is only partially soluble in water?
Thanks for your advice.
Kind regards,
Celia Marsh
