Am having trouble getting the allantoin to dissolve into the floral water, any tips? Should this recipe make a clear solution? Also is it ok to substitute preservative 12 with preservative eco?

Please see the below response from our Research and Development team;
“Try using a smaller amount of Allantoin – it is effective even at 0.2%. Using a stick blender in the flower water does help to disperse it better.
Preservative Eco can be used instead of Preservative 12 but read the instructions on the website first. You’ll see that you need to measure the final pH to ensure the toner is within the correct pH range. Preservative Eco also adds some smell to the product as well, but this is usually masked well enough by the flower waters."
