Hello, When I add stage 3 this cleanser turns runny that is normal? Rinse off scrub cleanser can use on the face?

“Yes, this Rinse Off Scrub Cleanser is gentle enough to be used on the face.
The emulsifiers in this formulation create very strong and stable emulsions. It is possible that you are not fully emulsifying the ingredients before the stage 3 is being added so next time you make it make sure you stir the stage 1 and stage 2 ingredients together with a flat bottomed whisk for at least 5 minutes. If you are making a batch that totals 200gm or more you could try mixing the stages 1 & 2 for 5 minutes with a stick blender that you keep only for cosmetic purposes as it is not really possible to mix smaller amounts with a stick blender. If you use a stick blender use it for 20 seconds at a time then give the mixture a stir and repeat."
