A rich and nurturing hand cream with Avocado Butter to keep the skin soft and flexible. Regular use will lighten age spots and reduce pigmentation.
Stage 1: (above 75°C)
6% Jojoba Oil
6% Thistle Oil
3% Avocado Butter
3% VE Emulsifier
2% Cetearyl Alcohol
 
Stage 2: (above 75°C)
60% Boiling Spring Water
5% MF Emulsifier
3% Glycerin

Stage 3: (below 40°C)
5% Skin Lightener
4% Saccharide Isomerate Plus
1% Vitamin E
1% Preservative 12
1% Essential Oils of your choice

Method:
  • Heat the Stage 1 (fat stage) ingredients in a bain-marie until they are above 75°C.
  • Combine the Stage 2 (water stage) ingredients in a bowl and place onto a bain-marie. Pour the Stage 1 materials into the Stage 2 bowl and stir.
  • Ensure the temperature stays above 75°C and stir continuously for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and place the bowl in a pan of cold water. Keep stirring all the time.
  • When the temperature is below 40°C, add the Stage 3 (heat sensitive) ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Jar and label.
