Availability

We endeavour to only display products on this web site which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.

The stability and nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients or not as specified in our recipes.

The information on this website and in our publications is as comprehensive and current as we can make it and is provided in good faith but it is intended as a guide to the appropriate handling of the raw materials. While we have obviously done our utmost to provide current and accurate information, there may be errors We cannot be responsible for any errors/omissions we have made or on the reliance/misuse of this information. The user of the product is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to the use or sale of products made from raw materials and information purchased obtained from Aromantic.

It is the responsibility of our customers to request and ensure that they have up to date material data safety sheets for the products that they buy from us and to ensure that they are aware of safety hazard information.

Base and Ready Made Products disclaimer: As the availability of ingredients and raw materials is not always certain due to market conditions or otherwise, Aromantic Ltd reserves the right to substitute alternate ingredients/raw materials in the manufacture of its Ready Made and Base products in order to maintain supply to its customers. Customers should always refer to the ingredients label on each product or request information if necessary.

Precaution

The information published on our website, whether in our Newsletters, Articles, Product Descriptions or otherwise is not intended as a substitute for personal medical advice. Before making any decision regarding your personal health, please consult a GP, Medical Herbalist, qualified Aromatherapist, other qualified health practitioner or a recommended reference book before using Herbs, Essential Oils or Absolutes. Pregnant women, the elderly, those with skin sensitivities or problems, or those with difficult medical conditions should be particularly careful when taking herbs internally, or when applying the Herbs, Essential Oils, Absolutes and other raw materials externally. It’s a good idea to let your GP, Medical Herbalist, Qualified Aromatherapist or Health Practitioner know that you are considering the use of Herbs or Essential Oils as some may cross-react with conventional drugs you are, or may be considering, taking. Report any side effects to your personal Health Care Practitioner.

How do I Return a Product?

It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors that we have made in connection with an order. You have the right to to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) but any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused. If they are unopened and unused or you cancel your order before we send out your parcel, we will be happy to refund your full payment, excluding return postage costs (if applicable). This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Many customers want to know why they can't get a refund on a product that they have opened but not used and wish to return to us. The reason is that we can no longer guarantee the quality of the product once you have opened it and so we cannot sell it to someone else. If you are unsure that you are going to like the smell or consistency of a product, we suggest that you buy a small quantity first to test it. Due to the time and high expense involved, we regret that we cannot send samples.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at orders@aromantic.co.uk. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to the following address Aromantic, 17 Tytler Street, Forres, Moray. Scotland IV36 1EL.
