Essential Website Maintenance and Update Wednesday 22nd May 2013 from 5pm to 10.30pm GMT

Dear Aromantic Customers,

This page is to inform you that we are currently switching over to a brand new style of 5-digit SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) numbers, which will make the old SKU numbers obsolete. This is to accommodate our impending change over to a new integrated stock-control system which will enable us to further improve the quality of our service to you.

So, from approximately 5pm until 10pm GMT this evening (22.05.2013) we will be performing essential maintenance on our website and telephone ordering system. Unfortunately any customers logged in to our website just before 5pm will not be able to complete their order. The update we are making will require you to add any products to your wish list or shopping cart again, once the web site is re-opened later this evening.

Please note that this will mean any orders placed before 5pm (GMT) on 22nd May 2013 will have the old style SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) numbers. Therefore, if any of these orders need to be amended, refunded, or changed in any way, the SKU numbers on the edited invoice will change. Once our site is back online you will notice that our product SKU numbers have changed there also. If you are familiar with searching for products online - or placing orders over the phone - using our SKU codes, please be sure to download our latest price list from the website* so that you can check the new SKU numbers.

* The price list with updated SKU numbers will be available on our website by 3pm tomorrow, Thursday 23.05.2013.
