What are eBooks?
These are articles, guides and books that we have published as PDF files for viewing with Adobe Acrobat. You can purchase these directly from the Aromantic website. All of our eBooks are listed in the eBooks to download category.
What are the advantages of eBooks?
We encourage our customers to purchase eBooks so as to reduce paper waste and transport, thus helping our environment. If you pay by WorldPay, PayPal or Gift Voucher you can also obtain your eBooks immediately via email.
How do I receive my eBooks?
As soon as your payment is authorised you will receive a special email with your download keys. Each download key is a specially encrypted link which when clicked will take you to a download page on the Aromantic website. From this page you can download your PDF files to your computer for viewing. For reasons of security your download key will expire 72 hours after being sent to you.
How long do I have to wait until I receive my download keys?
Normally your email will arrive within 5 minutes, though this can depend upon your own mail server. Please be patient and wait up to 15 mnutes before contacting us.
I did not receive my download key(s). What do I do now?
Payment via WorldPay, PayPal or Gift Voucher:
You will only receive almost immediate access to your eBooks if you pay by WorldPay, PayPal or Gift Voucher. In this case please check that your payment was successfully authorized. Within a few minutes you should receive two emails –
- Your order invoice email, with the subject line beginning with “Aromantic Ltd: Order receipt…”
- Your download keys email beginning with “Aromantic Ltd:.."

If your download keys email does not arrive, please check the following:
- Make sure that any spam filter settings allow for emails from info@aromantic.co.uk
- Check in your spam filter
- Send a test email to yourself to verify that your mailbox is working
- Make sure that you have entered a valid email address in your customer profile and order details that you placed.
- You have waited the appropriate length of time, depending upon which payment method you used (see above)
- If you have checked the above steps 1-5 and still have not received your download keys please contact us.
How do I open my PDF files on my computer?
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to open and read your PDF files. In most cases this will be already installed on your PC and by double-clicking the PDF file you will automatically launch the programme. If Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed you can download it for free by clicking here.
My Download Keys have expired before I could download the PDF files
In this case please contact us and tell us your order number. We will usually be able to resend you the download keys to the same email address that was used to place your order.
