Course Contents:

The course starts with a theory part, with how to treat acne problems. We will cover the causes of it, non-comedogenic/comedogenic raw materials and, most importantly, appropriate natural raw materials to use for treating acne.

The students are then divided into groups of up to 4, and Kolbjorn demonstrates how to make Acne Creams base don Vegetal. As the groups swap creams amongst them, students will get at least 2 types of creams to take home.

After a tea break, Kolbjorn gives a theory talk. Next students make at least 2 types of highly effective Acne Everyday Treatment Oils; 2 types of Acne Vitamin Cure Oils (using megadoses of Vitamins and other Active Raw Materials); 2 types of Golden Drop Recipe Oils, which can be used every day and within the context of a holistic treatment approach.

After lunch Kolbjorn gives a theory session on natural cosmetic raw materials used in Eye Care products.

After the theory session we make at least 2 types of Eye Creams.

After a tea break, we have a short theory session about raw materials for Nail Care and Treatments.
We then make 1 Brittle Nail Treatment and at least 1 Nail Nourisher Treatment Oil for Brittle Nails.

Kolbjorn then gives a short introduction on how to treat Varicose Veins and makes 2 types of Varicose Veins Gels.
You will be given a comprehensive Recipe Brochure on how to make 26 different types of Compresses.

The day is completed with a Questions & Answers session and the handing out of certificates.

• 1x 12-page recipe brochure on eye care products with: raw materials list for eye care products; 4 recipes for anti-aging eye care oils; 4 recipes for eye treatment oils (e.g. puffy eyes); 1 recipe for eye make-up remover; 7 recipes for making eye compresses, including 12 different herbs and 15 other raw materials that are beneficial for eye compresses, such as inflamed eyes, eye styes, etc; 3 eye cream recipes plus method; 4 eye gel recipes plus method and how to use them.
• 1x12-page recipe brochure for nail care and treatment products with: 3 recipes for nail hand baths; 2 Golden Drop Recipes for nail infections/nail fungus; 1 antifungal and antibacterial nail oils;
  2 recipes for compresses treating cuticle infections; 4 recipes for nail nourishers for brittle nails; 3 recipes for cuticle oils; 1 recipe for nail cuticle ointment; 2 recipes for cuticle creams plus method.

• 1x12-page recipe brochure for making compresses/poultices; how to make hot and cold compresses/poultices; and methods for dry and wet compresses; 26 recipes for compresses/poultices you can easily make yourself for your clients, including 2 types of arnica compresses, one for bruises and sprains and pains, and the other with vegetable oil for insect bites, haemorrhoids and wounds; and a page on Lilly Johansson compress/poultice treatment systems on alternating nights a for rheumatism, leg wounds, bruises and swellings, earache, fevers and nail fungus.
• We will provide each student with all of the materials and ingredients and recipes to make all of the products).
• A Completion Certificate will be handed out after successfully completing the course.
