Vitamin E is a classic antioxidant, which protects against the destruction of the connective tissue caused by free radicals. Simulated Natural Vitamin E is of food grade and is used mainly by the food industry to prevent long shelf life products going rancid. The Simulated Natural Vitamin E starts to activate once added to the product, thereby preventing the oxidation of that product. When that product is applied to the skin, the Simulated Oil activates again and acts as an antioxidant in the skin. You only have to add 0.5% to your products to prevent them from going rancid but increase that amount to achieve benefits for the skin. Add while the product is under 40°C. Aromantic only sells 100% undiluted Vitamin E Oil. Non-GMO.
