Aqua, Glycerin, Panicum Miliaceum Seed Extract (Millet Seed), Tannic Acid, Potassium Sorbate (0.2%).
What is it? LIFTONIN® is an active ingredient complex against skin aging and for reducing wrinkles and lines. It has been specially designed to improve the skin structure. Its active ingredients are botanical silicon from millet and skin-tautening tannins from the oak. In vivo studies with only 2% LIFTONIN® confirm an improved skin structure by reducing wrinkles and lines, as well as a generally younger appearance after 28 days of use. It is a bright yellow liquid.
Actions/Benefits Liftonin® contains botanical silicon from millet, which has high bio-availability thereby promoting the production of the skin's structural proteins. The new production of collagen and glucosamine glucans is accelerated. The skin profile is improved from within.
The other active ingredient in Liftonin® are tannins from oak, which have an astringent and tautening effect. As natural complexing agents they neutralise harmful metal ions and protect the skin with their anti-oxidative properties.
Use Liftonin® in Skin Rejuvenation/Anti-Aging products such as: Oil-in-Water (O/W) or Water-in-Oil (W/O) Creams and Lotions Gels Gel- or Cream-based Serums Skin Toners Water or oil-soluble? Water soluble.
Can I add it to ready-made products? You should not add it to oil serums or oil blends as it will separate but you can add it to ready made creams, lotions, gels and gel– or cream-based serums by simply measuring the correct dosage and mixing it in thoroughly.
Recommended Dosage and how to use in products Dosage: 2-5%. Add to your product under 40ºC. Keep the pH value below 6.5 after the addition of LIFTONIN®. Depending on the concentration and emulsion type, a slight darkening may occur later.
Storage and Shelf Life 2 years. See label for best before date. LIFTONIN® should be stored at room temperature (15 – 22° C) without exposure to light. LIFTONIN® is a product with natural ingredients; a fine precipitation may be formed over time.
Source of the ingredients The raw materials for the production of LIFTONIN® are of vegetable origin. The active ingredient contains no products of animal origin. No mineral oils were used in the production.
