Sunflower Oil (Organic)

INCI Name ORG N Helianthus annuus Description Cold pressed. Used for cooking and Skin Care. Skin Care: A dry Oil containing a high level of Linoleic Acid. It spreads easily and is absorbed relatively quickly by the skin. It is used in the same way as Thistle Oil. Keeps for 1.5-2 years. Cooking: Yellow colour and a good taste makes it ideal for culinary use. This is a thin and dry oil which has a light yellow colour and a mild sweet flavour. The cold pressed unrefined Oil which Aromantic stocks has a smoke point of 109°C/228°F, therefore it is not good for heating but it is very good for a neutral salad dressing base Oil or in a mayonnaise. It can be combined with stronger flavoured, more expensive oils.
