Cold pressed, Organic (Liquid Wax), which feels dry on the skin even with a up to 97% content of Omega 7&9. Keeps for 4-5 years.

Skin Care

Jojoba is a classic ‘long’ oil that offers excellent lubrication in a whole body massage. It leaves a non-sticky feeling on the skin. It is used in skin and hair care products for its protecting and moisture-retaining qualities. It can be used for all skin types and is especially effective for whole body massage and adding to protective hand creams.

It is excellent in acne treatment products as it works as an emulsifier to unclog the pores.

An excellent oil for protecting the skin from water, wind, dirt, cold and all kinds of weather conditions. The excellent level of protection is due to the fact Jojoba is actually a liquid wax and that wax forms a transparent, protective film on the skin, which stops they transepidermal water loss (TWL). The oil is an occlusive moisturiser and a skin emollient. So it is very good to use for protective products such as a gardener’s skin care range.

It's perfect for making lotions as it is a long oil, and makes the lotion easy to spread on the body.

It is also a classic oil for hair packs/hair treatment due to the fact that it is not very greasy so easy to wash out.

Cooking

Jojoba oil can be used for cooking as it can be heated to 180°C/356°F but can also be used as a salad dressing.

Related products

Always blend jojoba oil with other oils as it has a very low content of essential fatty acids (omega 3 and 6).

Massage Oil Blends

In massage oils, you can blend jojoba oil almost any other oil, but we recommend you blend it with sweet almond, coconut (liquid fractionated), coconut butter (pre-melted, to add thickness or body to a blend),Castor Oil (max 10%)and thistle oil (to add a rich source of essential fatty acids to the blend).

40ml Jojoba Oil
20ml Sweet Almond Oil
15ml Thistle Oil
24ml Coconut Oil, Liquid Fractionated
1ml/g Vitamin E Oil (undiluted)
10-12 drops Essential Oil

Jojoba Acne Treatment Oil

Apply every day.

30ml Jojoba Oil
30ml Kiwi Seed Oil
28ml Rosehip Oil
10ml/g Vitamin E Oil (undiluted)
1.5ml/g Anti-Acne Active Formula
6 drops Rosemary CO2 Extract
10-12 drops Essential Oil
