Borage Oil with 0.5% Vitamin E Oil

Borage Oil with 0.5% Vitamin E Oil

Cold pressed. Used for Skin Care and for Cooking.

Skin Care:
Has an exceptionally high content of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) - a minimum of 20% - a substance the body needs to create prostaglandins. A good source of Omega 6 fatty acids. A dry, thin Oil. Aromantic has added 0.5% Vitamin E Oil to the Oil to increase the shelf life from 6 months to 2 years.

Cooking:
Due to its high quantity of GLA, Borage Oil should never be heated over 40°C/104Â°F. Use if you want to get a GLA boost to your dressings. (Instead of using GLA capsules, simply add 2ml of Borage Oil in a teaspoon everyday or add approximately 20ml of the Borage Oil to 80ml of Sunflower Oil to make a dressing for salads or vegetables.

NB Borage Oil should not be taken internally by pregnant women, nursing mothers or by people with seizure disorders and haemophilia.

Base Cream - Dry Skin
A rich, natural, deep moisturising Base Cream for the face and the whole body added Organic Aloe Vera Gel and NFF Moisturiser.
