Bisabolol is a natural occurring versatile active ingredient for the cosmetic industry. It is the principle constituent of chamomile (Matricaria chamomile), which has been used in traditional medicine in Europe for hundreds of years. Aromantic sell only natural Alpha-Bisabolol.

0.2-2%. You usually need very little.

Storage and shelf life

Up to 2 years. (See label for best before date.) Natural Alpha-Bisabolol is colour stable after long storage periods and does not diffuse through plastic containers. Store cool and dark.

Use bisabolol together with other chamomile products; chickweed products; and comfrey products.

In Sensitive Skin Products

Use bisabolol together with chamomile products; comfrey products such as comfrey glycerol extract, allantoin, etc; St. John’s wort macerated oil; cosmetic prebiotic; sea silk; aloe vera concentrate.

In Shiny Hair Oil Blends

Add bisabolol to camelina, jojoba and calendula oils.
