Fairly traded Organic Seeds made into cold pressed oil from a community project in Morocco. Keeps for 2 years.

Skin Care

Rich in the Essential Fatty Acid, Linoleic acid, which helps the body to reduce inflammation by producing prostaglandins. Add to Creams and Massage Oils. It is said to be especially good for the regeneration of the skin in the upper chest and neck area and around-the-eye care products treating sensitive and wrinkled areas.

Cooking

Has a smooth, roasted nutty flavour with a sharp overtone. Used in Moroccan dishes. Good in salad dressings when combined with lemon juice. High nutritive quality.  It is best used as a dressing for cooked, grilled or roasted vegetables. Argan Oil is also used in the preparation of "Amlou™" a spread of crushed almonds, honey and Argan Oil. It is delicious on toast.

Regeneration of the upper chest and neck area

Blend argan oil with pumpkin seed oil for this purpose. It also mixes well with rosehip oil, but choose the deodorised type as is not so smelly in the blend. Add a high GLA oil to the blend; I would recommend evening primrose instead of the higher GLA content borage, because the evening primrose oil will smell less strongly than the borage in this blend.

37ml Thistle Oil
30ml Evening Primrose Oil
5ml Pumpkin Seed Oil
8ml/g Vitamin E Oil (undiluted)
5 drops Rosemary Antioxidant (CO2 Extract)
10-12 drops Essential Oils
